All applications for building permits shall
be accompanied by a plat in duplicate, drawn to scale showing the
actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon, the size of the building
to be erected, the setback line observed by buildings within the block
and such other information as may be necessary to provide for the
enforcement of the regulations contained in this chapter. A record
of such applications and plats shall be kept by the Building Inspector.
