Zoning — See Ch. 108.
The Town of Fort Edward Town Zoning Administrator and the Town of Fort
Edward Building Inspector shall have the authority to issue appearance tickets
to all offenders of the Town of Fort Edward's Zoning Laws. Said appearance
ticket shall direct the designated person to appear in the Town of Fort Edward
Justice Court at a designated future time in connection with his alleged commission
of the designated offense.
