The building permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall specify at
a minimum the address of the proposed construction or structural alteration
activity, the activity for which the permit is issued, the date of permit
issuance, any conditions relevant or required as part of the issuance and
the signature of the Code Administrator or Code Enforcement Official.
The certificate of occupancy issued pursuant to this chapter shall specify
at a minimum the address of the dwelling or structure inspected, the use for
which the certificate of occupancy is issued, the date the dwelling or structure
was inspected and the date the building permit was issued, any conditions
relevant or required as part of the issuance and the signature of the Code
Enforcement Official.
