Every deed or conveyance of land in the Town of New Hartford shall be
presented to the Assessor and stamped by said Assessor before the same shall
be recorded in the office of Oneida County Clerk, Utica, New York; nothing
herein contained shall affect the validity of the deed recorded without being
so stamped.
