In accordance with § 1660-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, traffic and parking regulations are hereby established as indicated for those parking areas and driveways described below:
A. 
K-Mart (4362) Property and Shopping Plaza, Commercial Drive, New Hartford, New York.
(1) 
Parking prohibited:
(a) 
On the southeasterly parallel of the K-Mart and associated buildings.
(b) 
Such other areas within the general property as are duly designated by official signs and markings.
B. 
St. Luke's-Memorial Hospital Center, Champlin Avenue, New Hartford, New York.
(1) 
Parking prohibited:
(a) 
Emergency entrance/employees' entrance, visitors parking lot entrance and the Allen-Calder entrance, which entrances are off Champlin Avenue. Areas within which parking is prohibited are designated on a map of the St. Luke's-Memorial Hospital Center, dated May 23, 1979, and adopted by the Town Board July 11, 1979, which map is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk.
C. 
Sangertown Square, Routes 5 and 5A, New Hartford, New York.
(1) 
Parking prohibited:
(a) 
Fire lanes off Route 5 (Seneca Turnpike) and Route 5A (Commercial Drive) within the territorial boundaries of Sangertown Square.
D. 
Kellogg Road Plaza, Kellogg Road, New Hartford, New York.
(1) 
Parking prohibited:
(a) 
Directly alongside the length of the Kellogg Road Plaza, in the parking lot immediately curbside to the Plaza.
E. 
Shop and Save, 1112 Commercial Drive, New Hartford, New York.

Fire lanes located across the front of Building 1's westerly side and the building's southerly side.

Fire lanes located across the front of Building 2's southwesterly side.

Fire lanes located across the front of Building 4's easterly side and the building's southerly side.
G. 
Washington Mills Athletic Park, 3695 Oneida Street, Washington Mills, New York.

Parking prohibited:
(a) 
Fire lane located adjacent to Field No. 1 beginning on the northeastern corner of the athletic park parking lot, proceeding west 60 feet to the northwestern corner of said lot. The fire lane shall continue 400 feet in a southern direction on the western side of the parking lot to a point 15 feet beyond the inside corner of the main lot. The fire lane will then proceed in a westerly direction to end at the northwestern corner of the main parking lot adjacent to the restrooms and concession area as designated on a map of the athletic park dated March 3, 2010, which map is on file with the office of the Town Clerk.
H. 
Donovan Memorial Park, 9400 Elm Street, Chadwicks, New York.

Parking prohibited:
(a) 
Fire lane located at the entrance of the park beginning at the intersection of the park entrance and Elm Street and proceeding southwest 225 feet to the southwestern corner of the same entrance. Fire lane shall then continue 25 feet in a southern direction ending at the main parking lot. Parking will not be allowed in either direction of the above described entrance, in order to maintain a fire lane. The entire area described will be on the map of Donovan Park dated February 2, 2012, which map is on file with the office of the Town Clerk.

Sherrillbrook Park, 4191 State Route 12, New Hartford, New York.

Parking prohibited:
(a) 
) Fire lane located in the Sherrillbrook Park. Beginning at the east entrance of the park coming from State Route 12 known as "Park Entrance Drive." Fire lane shall be on both the right and left side of Park Entrance Drive, extending the entire length (160 feet) of Entrance Drive to its intersection with Sherrillbrook Crescent.
(b) 
Fire lane beginning on the west side of the intersection of Entrance Drive and Sherrillbrook Crescent and will continue in a northwestern direction on Sherrillbrook Crescent for 540 feet. The fire lane shall be on the left side of the roadway when heading in a northwestern direction towards Cedar Landing. The entire area described will be on the map of Sherrillbrook Park dated February 2, 2012, which is on file with the office of the Town Clerk.
(c) 
Fire lane located in the Sherrillbrook Park. Beginning at the intersection of Park Entrance Drive and Sherrillbrook Crescent heading in a southwestern direction for 240 feet on Sherrillbrook Crescent. The fire lane shall be on both the right and left side of the roadway when heading in a southwestern direction towards Aspen Landing. The entire area described will be on the map of Sherrillbrook Park dated February 2, 2012, which is on file with the office of the Town Clerk.
(d) 
Fire lane located in the Sherrillbrook Park. Beginning at the southeastern corner of the main parking lot where it adjoins Sherrillbrook Crescent and heading in a southwestern direction for 355 feet on Sherrillbrook Crescent. The fire lane shall be on the right side of the roadway only when heading in a southwestern direction towards Aspen Landing. The entire area described will be on the map of Sherrillbrook Park dated February 2, 2012, which is on file with the office of the Town Clerk.
