Anyone engaged in the business of cleaning septic tanks, cesspools and privies or the business of dumping the effluent and material therefrom within the Township shall register with the Sanitary Officer, who shall issue a certificate of such registration upon the filing of the required application and registration fee and a corporate indemnity bond of $1,000 approved by the Township Solicitor, payable to Lower Providence Township, conditioned upon the faithful and proper compliance with this Part 4 of this chapter and the regulations adopted hereunder. Should any registrant fail to comply with the requirements of this Part 4 and the regulations adopted hereunder, the township may abate the violation and charge the expense of such abatement to the registrant or, upon his default, to his surety. Thereafter the certificate of such registrant shall be null and void.

Anyone engaged in the business of constructing or installing sanitary disposal facilities or in the business of well-drilling within the Township shall register with the Sanitary Officer, who shall issue a certificate of such registration upon the filing of the required application and registration fee and a corporate indemnity bond of $1,000 approved by the Township Solicitor, payable to Lower Providence Township, conditioned upon the faithful and proper compliance with this Part 4 of this chapter and the regulations adopted hereunder. The condition of the bond shall be such that should any registrant fail to comply with said requirements, the township may abate such violation and charge the expense of such abatement to the registrant or his surety.
