A fee not in excess of $30 may be charged by
the Lower Providence Township Tax Collector for each certification.
A fee not in excess of $10 may be charged by
the Lower Providence Township Tax Collector for duplicate tax bills
prepared by the Tax Collector, regardless of the person or entity
requesting the preparation thereof.
The Tax Collector may charge a fee not in excess
of $30 for bank charges actually incurred by the Lower Providence
Township Tax Collector for taxpayer checks returned for insufficient
funds.
