Wherever a space shall be marked off on any highway for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle there parked shall be parked within the lines bounding such space.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the highways or parts thereof described below except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all highways or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle primarily designed and utilized as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or travel use, whether self-propelled or mounted on or drawn by another vehicle, and including travel trailers, recreational trailers, camping trailers, truck campers, motor homes, house trailers, and similar vehicles used for such purposes and boat trailers or utility trailers upon any of the highways of the Township of Lower Providence or portions of highways thereof, unless by permit obtained from the Lower Providence Township Police Department pursuant to the following:
(1) 
A maximum of seven consecutive days of parking of said vehicles per permit.
(2) 
A maximum of four permits per year to be issued for each vehicle.
(3) 
A period of one week is required between permits issued for the same vehicle.
(4) 
The permit must be attached to the vehicle and posted in plain view during the permit period.
(5) 
A minimum of three portable emergency warning devices must be displayed at the approach to each vehicle.
B. 
Notice of parking restrictions.
(1) 
Notice of parking restrictions shall be provided by one of the following means:
(a) 
Posted traffic control devices.
(b) 
Certified letter to owner of vehicle.
(c) 
Personal service to owner of vehicle.
(d) 
By notice on the windshield or other readily visible location on the vehicle.
(2) 
In the absence of a posted traffic control device, this section shall not be enforced by citation unless a notice of violation has been issued to the owner or operator of the vehicle by any of the other means enumerated herein prior to the date and time enforcement is initiated.
The following are hereby established as special-purpose parking zones, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or tractor or to allow the same to remain parked in any such zone except as specifically provided for such zone:
