The terms of the office of Town Supervisor,
Town Clerk and Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Sullivan
elected at the next biennial election in 2007 shall be four years
commencing with the respective terms of office of Town Supervisor,
Town Clerk and Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Sullivan
beginning January 1, 2008, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 10.
