[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee

There is hereby created within the municipal
government of the Township of Sandyston, County of Sussex, State of
New Jersey, the office or position of Deputy Municipal Clerk, with
all the powers, duties and obligations afforded to the holder of such
office by law.
The position or office of Deputy Clerk for and
within the Township of Sandyston, shall be filled by appointment of
the Sandyston Township Committee.
The term of office of the Deputy Clerk shall
be for one year from the first day of January next following appointment.
