A.
This chapter, in conjunction with certain other ordinances
of Sandyston Township, constitutes a package of rules, regulations
and standards that serve to carry out the tenets and principles of
the Master Plan and the Municipal Land Use Law, P.L. 1975, c. 291,
to guide the orderly and efficient development of the land of Sandyston
Township and improvements and structures added thereto. These ordinances
are:

The Subdivision and Site Plan Development Ordinance,
as amended (this chapter).
B.
These ordinances are interrelated and shall be construed
most favorably to Sandyston Township, with consideration given to
all contained and interrelated provisions.
