A.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hills,
from time to time, by resolution, may adopt and amend rules and regulations
for the use of property belonging to the Village of North Hills or under the
custody and control of the Village of North Hills.
B.
Such rules and regulations may be set forth in an appendix
to this Code but shall be in full force and effect whether or not so set forth.
Where such rules and regulations pertain to the use of Village
real property, other than the Village Hall, a summary of such rules and regulations
shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the location of such real property.
C.
Any person who violates any rule or regulation provided
for in this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to
the punishment provided in this Code for such violation.
