No person shall conduct or cause to be conducted any blasting operations
nor discharge any explosives in the Village of North Hills without the prior
permission of the Board of Trustees.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 1-12 of this Code.
