No person shall, within the Village and with intent to cause public
inconvenience, annoyance or clamor, or recklessly creating a risk thereof:
A.
Engage in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening
behavior.
C.
In a public place as defined in § 240.00 of
the Penal Law, use abusive or obscene language or make an obscene gesture.
D.
Without lawful authority, disturb any lawful assembly
or meeting of persons.
E.
Obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
F.
Congregate with other persons in a public place and refuse
to comply with a lawful order of the police to disperse.
G.
Create a hazardous or physically offensive condition
by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.

A.
No person shall enter upon any owned real property in
the Village of North Hills without the permission of the owner, lessee or
occupant thereof. The failure of the person so entering upon or found to be
on such property to produce, upon demand, the written permission of the owner,
lessee or occupant to enter upon or to be on such real property shall be presumptive
evidence of the violation of this section.

B.
The provisions of this section shall not apply to persons
who are engaged in the exercise of municipal governmental functions requiring
such persons to enter upon private property.
C.
The provisions of this section shall not apply to minors
under the age of 10 years.
