Applicants or their agents are advised to consult
with the Village at the earliest possible date before preparation
of any application for preliminary approval. This may be done before
acquisition of title and should be done before any engineering work,
other than a boundary survey, is undertaken.
B.
At or before the time of such consultation, the applicants
or their agents should obtain a copy of, and become familiar with,
all laws, rules and regulations of the Village with respect to construction
of buildings, environmental quality review, excavations and soil removal,
site development, zoning and architectural review.
