Upon receipt of a written request from the Board of Managers of the Cricket Club Condominium, dated September 22, 1987, and in accordance with Chapter 206, Articles I and IV, of the Code of the Village of North Hills, it is ordered that the following traffic and parking regulations shall apply in and on the private streets, roadways, driveways and parking areas of the premises known as "Cricket Club Condominium."
A.
Parking of any vehicle in a manner which obstructs
ingress to or egress from a driveway or common parking area is prohibited.
B.
Parking in any roadway, other than in the direction
of traffic flow, is prohibited.
C.
Parking in any location which impedes the passage
or movement of fire, police, ambulance or other emergency vehicles
is prohibited.
D.
Parking in a street or roadway is prohibited between
the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
E.
No vehicle shall be parked in a roadway in any manner
except parallel to the curb.
F.
No vehicle shall be parked within 10 feet of any fire
hydrant located on or adjacent to a roadway.
No vehicle shall be operated on a roadway except
in the direction of traffic as indicated on the map annexed.[1]

No person shall operate or permit the operation
of any vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
The Board of Managers of Cricket Club Condominium
is hereby authorized to erect such signs as may be required for the
control of traffic or parking as provided herein, provided that such
signs are of the type and style, and are located in the same manner,
as would be required for such signs if erected by the Village of North
Hills. In the event that said Board of Managers does not erect or
install or maintain such signs as are required for the enforcement
of this article, the Village of North Hills may do so at the expense
of said Board of Managers.

Any person who violates any provision of a regulation
adopted pursuant to this article shall be guilty of a violation and
subject to a fine not to exceed $50 for each such violation.
