Parks and playgrounds — See Ch. 97.
No person shall throw or deposit any tin cans, bottles, refuse, garbage
or filth of any kind in any street, highway or public place within the town,
nor throw or deposit the same upon the banks of any creek, lake, sewer or
drainage ditch within said town.
Violations of this chapter shall be punishable by a maximum fine of
$250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
