GENERAL REFERENCES
Public consumption of alcoholic beverages — See Ch. 53, Art. I.
Any person who provokes a breach of the peace or who commits any of the following acts shall be deemed to have committed the offense of disorderly conduct:
A. 
Uses language or acts in a manner that is offensive, disorderly, threatening, abusive or insulting.
B. 
Shouts or makes an unreasonable noise either outside of or inside of a building during the nighttime to the annoyance or disturbance of any person or persons.
C. 
Uses or authorizes the use or operation of a public address system or of any loudspeaker or sound amplifier device between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to the annoyance of any person or persons.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
