Employees found smoking in prohibited areas will be considered in violation
of this policy and may be subject to the penalty prescribed by the State Commissioner
of Health.
Employees are encouraged to express concerns to their immediate supervisor
and may register a complaint with the Supervisor and Town Board of the Town
of Philipstown.
