Rates for water with the district are hereby established as listed below.
Charges for various items of service are also established as listed below.
Such rates and charges are subject to change by Board resolution, from time
to time without notice, as may be deemed advisable by the Board. When service
is provided to homes in another district, the rate for water provided shall
be as determined by contract between the Town of Philipstown and the district
being serviced.
