Editor's Note: This local law repealed former Ch. 175, Zoning, adopted 5-21-1968 by L.L. No. 2-1968, as amended. Section 2 of this local law provided an effective date of 5-31-2011. Section 3 of this local law provided that it shall not apply to building permits, zoning permits and certificates of occupancy granted prior to the effective date of this local law, subject to § 175-27; and applications for preliminary plat approval, site plan approval, or special permit for which a public hearing has been scheduled prior to the effective date of this local law. Section 4 of this local law provided that an applicant who has submitted an application prior to the effective date of this local law may elect to proceed under the provisions of this local law by so indicating in writing to the Zoning Administrative Officer or the reviewing board at any point in the application process. If an applicant elects to proceed under this local law, such applicant shall be required to fully comply with all of its provisions.
