That it shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person, persons, firm or corporation, or agent thereof, to manufacture, store, sell, offer or expose for sale, or have in possession with intent to sell, or to use, discharge, or cause to be discharged, ignited, fired or otherwise set in action within the limits of the Borough of Schwenksville, any fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, rockets, and other explosives and pyrotechnics of a similar nature.
It shall be also unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person, persons, firm, corporation, or agent thereof, unnecessarily to discharge in, into or upon any street, highway, park, or any place in said Borough, any rifle, gun, pistol, revolver, air gun, cane, cannon, or any implement which impels with force a metal pellet of any kind, or other appliances, whether projecting or exploding any bullet, cartridge, blank cartridge, cap or otherwise.
Any person, persons, firm, corporation, or agent thereof, violating any provisions of this chapter, upon conviction in a summary proceeding brought in the name of the Borough before the Mayor or any District Justice shall be punishable for each offense by a maximum fine of $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
