Any and all permits heretofore granted for the
use of certain lands located in the Township of Saddle Brook, Bergen
County, New Jersey, for cemetery purposes are hereby revoked and rescinded;
provided, however, that such revocation and rescission shall apply
only to such portions of said lands covered by such permits that have
not been acquired and lands that have not been devoted to and are
not now used for cemetery purposes, and provided further that the
lands now devoted to cemetery purposes and in actual use therefor
shall not be affected by the revocation of said permits as herein
contained.
Any cemetery association or the officers or
directors thereof or any individual who may violate this chapter or
any part thereof shall be liable to a fine of not more than $50 or
imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 days, or both; and each
day that such land shall be used for cemetery purposes in violation
of this chapter shall be deemed and constituted a distinct and separate
offense thereof.

The fee for a cemetery burial permit shall be
$5.
