It shall be lawful for the holder of any license issued by the governing body of the Township of Saddle Brook pursuant to the Raffles Licensing Law, P.L. 1954, Chapter 5, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., for the holding, operating and conducting of games of chance commonly known as a raffle or raffles, as defined in said law, to conduct such games of chance on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as Sunday, where the license issued for the holding, operating and conducting thereof so provides.
