Trucks and buses having a gross vehicle weight in excess of 18,000 pounds shall hereafter be prohibited from using the following streets at the location indicated:

This prohibition shall not apply to commercial vehicles making house deliveries to residents along said roads, school buses, municipally operated vehicles and/or public utility vehicles.
These prohibitions may be waived from time to time upon application to the Town Board and upon fulfilling such conditions and safeguards for the protection of the roadbed and traffic safety as may be imposed by the Town Board.
A violation of this article shall constitute a traffic infraction, and any person violating this article shall be liable to a fine of not more than $250 or to imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each such violation.
