§ A66-1 Legislative provisions governing Board.

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe shall be governed by the provisions of all state statutes, local laws, ordinances and these rules.

§ A66-2 Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

BOARD

The duly appointed Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe.
