[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Ossining 3-17-1987 by L.L. No. 2-1987. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Nothing contained in this Code to the contrary
withstanding, the Board of Trustees may from time to time, but not
more than once annually, prescribe by resolution the fees or charges
to be paid to the Village of Ossining for any or all licenses and
permits to be issued by the Village or any officer or department thereof.
In the event that the Board of Trustees fails or neglects to establish
the fee or charge for any specific permit or license by resolution,
the last fee or charge established and set forth in this Code for
such permit or license shall be deemed to be the fee or charge therefor.
