This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Administrative Code of the Township of Cheltenham," Montgomery
County, Pennsylvania.

UNIT
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
The function of carrying out the policies, ordinances or
resolutions of the Board.
The function of gathering facts and making recommendations
to the Board, the Township Manager or as otherwise designated by ordinance,
resolution or this code.
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Cheltenham,
County of Montgomery, Pennsylvania.
The Home Rule Charter of the Township of Cheltenham, County
of Montgomery, Pennsylvania.
All applicable laws of the United States of America and the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
All ordinances of the Township.
This Administrative Code of the Township of Cheltenham, County
of Montgomery, Pennsylvania.
The Township of Cheltenham, County of Montgomery, Pennsylvania.
All governmental entities of the Township.
B.
Word usage. In this chapter, the singular shall include
the plural, the plural shall include the singular, and the masculine
shall include the feminine.
