Beginning January 1, 2007, a single-family home
inspection would be increased to $25, a two-family home would be $50,
a dwelling with six or fewer units would be $75, and a dwelling with
more than six units would be $250. The fees are for the sale and transfer
of property only. Fees are to be paid by the seller.
