The Town of Deerfield establishes an Energy
Conservation Committee for the purpose of studying and recommending
energy conservation policies to the Town and its citizens.

The Selectboard shall appoint a Committee of
no fewer than five citizens and not more than nine citizens.
Said Committee shall prepare a report and present
the same at the next Annual Town Meeting.
