to accept the Charter establishing the Franklin County Regional Council
of Governments as proposed by the Franklin Regional Charter Commission
for the purpose of providing regional municipal services pursuant
to Chapter 151 of the Acts of 1996, § 567, as amended.]

[By 4-30-2007 ATM, Art. 24, the Town voted
to authorize the Board of Selectmen[1] to enter into an intermunicipal aid agreement with one
or more other municipal governmental units to provide public health,
public works, and all other governmental services which the Board
of Health, Department of Public Works, and all other Town boards,
departments, commissions, or positions are authorized to perform,
in accordance with an intermunicipal aid agreement to be entered into
between the Town and governmental units.]
