No person shall throw or drop on or upon any footpath, sidewalk, highway or public place in the town any article or substance that might or would be a source of annoyance or danger to anyone lawfully passing over or using the same, or which might prove injurious in any respect to the hoofs of animals or the rubber tires of bicycles or other vehicles.
No person shall team manure, rubbish, ashes, garbage of any noxious material, liquid or solid in such manner as to litter, pollute or injure the streets of the town; nor throw or deposit in or upon any sidewalk or within the limits of any highway refuse of any kind except in such manner as the Board of Health shall prescribe.
No person shall suffer his building to shed water upon any street or sidewalk in the town, to the injury or inconvenience of passengers, nor allow impure water to run from any building or lot under his control into any highway or public place.
