Park and beach regulations — See Ch. 550.
No person shall behave in a rude, indecent or disorderly manner, or use any indecent, profane or insulting language in any public place or any street or sidewalk or near any dwelling house or other building in the town, to the annoyance or disturbance of any person.
No person shall make or write any indecent figures or obscene words upon any fence, building or structure in any public place, or commit a nuisance upon any sidewalk or any tree, building or other structure adjoining the same.
