A. 
To protect the public safety in the use of Town fields, the following rules and regulations shall apply:
(1) 
No trespassing is allowed. The fields are open from dawn until dusk, unless there is written permission granted for other times by the Georgetown Park and Recreation Commission.
(2) 
No smoking is allowed.
(3) 
No alcohol may be possessed or served at any time, unless written permission by the Board of Selectmen and Police Department has been given.
(4) 
No vandalism is allowed.
(5) 
No littering is allowed. Please place trash in bins provided or carry in/carry out.
(6) 
Shirt and shoes are required at all times.
(7) 
To protect the public health and safety, only service animals are allowed on the fields and picnic areas. In addition, leashed, nonservice animals are allowed in parking lot areas. Pooper scooper law applies at all times.
(8) 
Bicycles, skateboards or scooters are not allowed on the fields. Motorized vehicles of any types are not allowed on the fields unless approved by the Parks and Recreation Commission.
(9) 
No open fires or personal grills allowed on the fields or picnic areas, unless written permission by the Georgetown Park and Recreation Commission and the Georgetown Fire Department.
(10) 
Exclusive field use reservations and parking lot areas must be reserved with written permission by the Georgetown Park and Recreation Commission. (Gate at entrance must be locked after use.)
B. 
In addition to the above rules and regulations, the following specific rules apply at certain times:
(1) 
Conservation and wildlife restrictions (turtle nesting season). May 30 through June 30, no field use during the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Lawn mowing and maintenance is allowed between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (Restrictions per Georgetown Conservation Commission)
West Street Fields are managed by the Georgetown Park and Recreation Commission.
