Housing standards — See Ch. 113.
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 19 of the Laws of the State of New Jersey of 1938,[1] being more particularly known as the "Local Housing Authorities Law," there is hereby created and established a body corporate and politic to be known as the "Housing Authority of the Borough of Madison," subject to the terms and conditions of this chapter.

The Housing Authority created pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to and regulated by the provisions of a Housing Cooperation Agreement to be entered into pursuant to the provisions of N.J.R.S. 55:14B-2 et seq. between the Borough of Madison and said Housing Authority.
The Clerk of this borough is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this chapter with the executive officer of the Public Housing and Development Authority in the State Department of Community Affairs.
