Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 202, Fees, which consisted of Art. I, Clinic Fees, adopted 2-18-1997 by Ord. No. BH 1-97.
This chapter shall be known as the "Board of Health Fees Ordinance."
It is not intended by this chapter to repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with existing provisions of other law or ordinances, except those specifically repealed by this chapter. Where this chapter sets a fee different from existing provisions of law or ordinances or establishes a new fee, the provisions of this chapter shall apply.
Clinic and program fees.
Fees and charges for various programs and clinics shall be paid by participants at the time of registration.
Fees for programs and clinics may be established by resolution adopted from time to time by the Board of Health.
The fees charged are nonrefundable, unless the clinic or program is cancelled by the Board of Health.
Certified and noncertified copies. Fees for copies of documents shall be as follows.
For noncertified copies: See Chapter 147.
For certified copies: $10.
For filing of correction form: $5.
For certified copy with correction form attached: $15.
