[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of South
Hackensack 6-19-1978. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Township of South Hackensack desires to participate in the area
of operations of the Housing Authority of Bergen County throughout its territorial
boundary and the jurisdiction of its Township Committee for the purpose of
alleviating the shortage of safe and sanitary housing for low-income senior
citizens.
The Township of South Hackensack does hereby consent to its inclusion
in the area of operation of the Housing Authority of Bergen County.
The Clerk be and he or she is hereby authorized and directed to file
a certified copy of this chapter with the Commissioner of the State Department
of Conservation and Economic Development and with the Secretary of the Housing
Authority of Bergen County.
