Whenever there may be a conflict between the
standard in these regulations and those of other codes, ordinances
or regulations of the Town of Geddes, the most restrictive or highest
standard shall prevail.
The rules and regulations, as set forth herein,
may be amended, altered or revised by the Town Board from time to
time, after public hearing and subject to the approval of the Town
Board.
These regulations shall be known and may be
cited as the "Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Geddes."
