All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations
having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded
from all town roads within the Town of Geddes, except Farrell Road,
which is a designated truck route. Other roads that are within the
Town of Geddes but are not town roads are not subject to this restriction.
The regulations established in this article
shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such trucks, tractors
and tractor-trailer combinations are otherwise excluded.
