Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Code, any person
who violates any provision of this Code shall, upon conviction thereof,
be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 15 days, or both. Each day that such violation continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
