Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 155.
There is established a Recreation Commission for the City of
Saratoga Springs, New York, pursuant to § 243 of the General
Municipal Law.
Said Commission shall consist of seven members, to serve for
such time as is provided in said § 243.
The power to equip, operate and maintain the playgrounds and
recreation centers of said City of Saratoga Springs shall be vested
in said Commission as is provided in § 243 of the General
Municipal Law.
