There is hereby created a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia with such public and corporate powers as are set forth in the Industrial Development and Revenue Bond Act, (Chapter 33, Title 15.1, Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended), including such powers as may hereinafter be set forth from time to time in said Act.
The name of the political subdivision created hereby shall be the "Industrial
Development Authority of Buchanan County, Virginia" (the "Authority").

The Authority shall be governed by a board of seven directors, to be
appointed hereafter by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Buchanan
County, in accordance with the provisions of said Act; specifically, in accordance
with § 15.1-377 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
