XXIII of Ch. III of the General Ordinances as updated through 7-7-2003)]
No person shall set up on any property, public
or private, without permission of the owner thereof, a camp or tent,
nor shall any person between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
sleep in the open on any public property, within the limits of the
Town of Barnstable.
Any person violating this provision of this
article shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 for each offense.
