Private swimming pools shall be suitably fenced to a minimum height
of four feet. Public and semipublic swimming pools shall be suitably fenced
to a minimum height of six feet. Such fence shall be constructed so as to
prohibit unauthorized access.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished
by a fine not to exceed $20 for each offense.
