The following fee schedule applies to submissions or requests to the
Planning Board:
A.
Approval not required (ANR) plans: $150.
B.
Preliminary plans: $400, plus $30 per lot. At the time
of definitive plan application, $400 of the subdivision plan costs will be
credited to the definitive plan.
E.
Rescission of plan: $200.
F.
Modification of subdivision plan or special permit: $220.
G.
Road name change: $200.
