There is hereby established in the town a Board of Health in accordance
with MGL C. 111, § 26, consisting of three members, who shall be
appointed by the Mayor. There shall be a Health Agent, appointed by the Mayor,
who is designated as the chief administrative officer of the department.

Whoever violates any rule or regulation of the Board of Health may be
penalized by a noncriminal disposition as provided in Massachusetts General
Laws Chapter 40, § 21D, as amended from time to time.
