The map entitled "Official Map of the City of Mount Vernon, Westchester County, N.Y.," which map was approved by the City Planning Board on June 20, 1927, and by the Commissioner of Public Works on November 9, 1927, is hereby, pursuant to Section 26 of Article 3 of the General City Law, established as the Official Map of the City of Mount Vernon, New York.[1]

Clerk. At the time of this publication it had been revised through
March 26, 1979.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to at once
file with the Register of the County of Westchester a certificate
certifying that the aforesaid Official Map has been established by
the City of Mount Vernon, New York.
This chapter shall take effect immediately.
