No person shall, without lawful authority, enter upon any fruit, vegetable or flower garden, orchard, vineyard or other ground whereon is cultivated any fruit, vegetable, flower, tree, plant, grain or vine.
No person shall, without lawful authority, willfully injure, disfigure, pick, pluck, sever, cut, remove, damage or destroy any standing crop, cultivated fruit, vegetable, flower, tree, plant, grain or vine, the property of another, growing or grown in any garden, orchard, vineyard or other grounds.
