by resolution. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Rhinebeck does hereby
adopt a service charge of $15 for checks which are dishonored and returned
for insufficient funds (and thereafter requires future payments to be tendered
in cash or by certified or cashier's check).
Such service charge shall be collected in the same manner prescribed
by law for the collection of the account for which the check was tendered.
