It shall be unlawful for any individual or entity to encumber
or block any of the streets or sidewalks within the corporate limits
of the Village of Rhinebeck, temporarily or otherwise, with any matter,
material or substance of any kind or nature whatsoever on or above
the surface of said street or sidewalk.
Any individual(s) or entity violating the foregoing § 98-13 shall be guilty of a violation and will be subject upon conviction to a fine not exceeding $250 and a sentence of imprisonment not to exceed five days in jail for each such violation. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation.
